Monument description : Church of the Santissimo Salvatore
The monument is located in comune di Benevento in provincia di Benevento.
The Church of the Santissimo Salvatore has Longobard origins and consists of three naves, separated by Roman columns of grey granite.
After the 1962 earthquake, the church was closed to the public due to the severe damage it suffered. It was reopened in 2001 after restoration work.

Open on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Morning's opening hours: 11h00 a.m. - 12h30 p.m. Afternoon's opening hours: 4h00 p.m. - 5h30 p.m. (winter) / 5h00 pm - 6h30 (autumn & spring) / 6h00 p.m. - 7h30 p.m. (summer). Church remains closed in case of rain and religious functions.
