The village walls are located close to the hillside.
The remains represent the entire southern side of the village, there are very few remains on the eastern and western sides.
The ancient walls are of Lombard origin, dating back to the 6th century. The enclosure had a trapezoidal plan sheltered by an outer moat with defensive towers and corner towers.
