The building and chapel were constructed in 1775. The building was then purchased by the municipality of Amorosi in 2006.
Currently, the palace is used to display a permanent exhibition: the ‘Allori’ Foundation Cultural and Museum Centre, which opened in 2014. The exhibition brings together a collection of images and memorabilia from the history of Italy from the late 19th century to 2000.
